A small reserve on the south west portion of the Nicoya Peninsula with an extension of 84 hectares. This reserve is an unusual mixed property belonging to both the national government and the Schutt Family. The reserve has a wide range of wildlife. It harbors a colony of the giant oyster (Ostrea iridescent) which is extremely rare throughout the Pacific Coast.
